The night is old
And the colours have run cold
The winds run free
Because, obstacles they can't see
The nocturnal birds roam free
There's a loud wailing
Feets thumping
And noise sailing
No one knows what's making that sound
Their heart's beats faster and pounds.
A single light exposes the unknown
Just a single light,
will let you know that,
you're not alone.
Like the sun in outer space
The light sets the pace
That light is the beacon of hope
That stands out
And goes round
Just a single light can make a change
Just that single light can flip the page
Because in the vast darkness,
A single light exposes the carcass.
